History

The roots of the building of the Macedonian Union of metallurgists get out from the Union of Engineers and Technicians of Macedonia, in which framework existed Society of Mines, Geology and Metallurgy from 1946. Since November 21,1996 exists two separates Union of Mines and Geology and Union of Metallurgists of Macedonia.

Union of Engineers and Technicians of Macedonia science 1995 is renamed in Institution of Engineers of Macedonia, with new objective scope.
